The thin-bed profile made of aluminum with a gray EPDM insert provides effective protection against crack formation in tiled surfaces. It compensates for stresses and reduces sound transmission, contributing to the durability of the surfaces.
This profile is particularly suitable for heavily to moderately loaded floor areas in residential and commercial sectors. It can also be used in areas with underfloor heating to accommodate thermal length changes.
The profile is made of lightweight, robust aluminum and is equipped with an EPDM insert that is UV and ozone resistant as well as permanently elastic. It is available in various heights from 3 mm to 30 mm and has a visible width of approximately 10 mm.
