STONETECH® TERRACE PROTECT is a ready-to-use, water-based product formulated with stable functionalized fluorinated compounds. It is ideal for protecting and providing water repellency and chemical resistance to absorbent and cracked surfaces and substrates.

Thanks to its ability to penetrate deeply through cracks, STONETECH® TERRACE PROTECT helps resolve and prevent water infiltration issues caused by structural settlement in joints and tiles.

  • Protects terraces, balconies, and coverings made of terracotta, clinker, ceramic, porcelain tile, natural stone, concrete, and reconstituted materials.
  • Protects walls and floors in bathrooms and showers from moisture infiltration.
  • Effective on cracks up to 1 mm wide.
  • Spreads effectively throughout the entire depth of cracks.
  • Water-repellent, preventing water and dirt from penetrating deeply into materials and, consequently, into structures immediately after drying.
  • Breathable, allowing water vapor to escape.
  • Transparent; does not alter surface color, does not form surface films, and does not yellow.
  • Easy to apply and can also be used on surfaces with light and uniform residual moisture.
