The thin-bed profile made of hard-soft PVC is specifically designed to prevent stress cracks at the interruption of components. It offers a stable and visually appealing alternative to conventional silicone joints.
Typical areas of application for this profile are tile installations, where it acts as an expansion joint profile. It ensures a flush finish and should be chosen 1-2 mm higher than the tile to account for the additional height of the tile adhesive.
The profile is characterized by its narrow support surface and a visible width of 8 mm. The EPDM insert is in a gray tone similar to RAL 7035, leaning towards cement gray.
