DECOUPLING MAT 2.0 is a high-performance waterproofing and decoupling mat for use under residential and commercial ceramic tile and stone installations, replacing traditional underlayment materials. It allows for a faster install with waterproofing, and prevents cracks or movement in the substrate from transferring through to the tile finish.

- 2-in-1 uncoupling and waterproofing when used with suitable sealing tapes and system components (i.e. HYDRO BAN® PREFORMED CORNERS & COLLARS, WPM TAPE, etc.)
- Absorbs movement in the substrate and prevents cracks from transferring through to the tile or stone finish
- Permeable to moisture – allows vapours to escape and thin-set to cure
- Sound impact reduction
- Creates a stronger bed of support to alleviate potential issues with point loads
- Lightweight – easy to carry and fast to install with standard tools
- Thin membrane – results in thinner overall assembly
- For use with polymer modified tile mortar (C2) or reaction resin adhesive (R2)
